The Black Rhino is owned by Jon Cronin and Denis Murphy, the Executive Chef is Stephen Lancaster, and the General Manager is Gabe Butcher. 

The two owners also own The Garden Bar and Grill on Thames St., Newport, RI and Jon Cronin owns Boston Beer Garden in South Boston. Opening in the Fall of 2000 a new bar, restaurant and hotel will be opening in Cork City, Ireland.  "The East Village" will feature a multi-level bar and restaurant and a boutique hotel.   Watch this space for more details.
